At Nude Lucy NZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, we offer returns for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all Nude Lucy tags still securely attached.
Post Your Items
Print your generated shipping label and drop your package off at any New Zealand Post location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking number.
Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or credit note to be issued.
